90verse (“90verse,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, stored, shared, and protected when you use the 90verse mobile application and related services.

1. Information We Collect

When you use 90verse, we may collect the following categories of information.

Account and Profile Information

When you create or use a 90verse account, we may collect information such as:

Profile photograph

If you choose to sign in using a third-party sign-in provider, such as Apple or Google, we may receive information made available by that provider in accordance with your settings and their privacy policies.

We do not currently ask users to provide their date of birth, gender, phone number, or precise geographic location.

Content and Activity

When you interact with 90verse, we may collect and store content and activity associated with your account, including:

Football ratings
Reviews and comments
Predictions
Reactions
Community activity
Teams, leagues, players, clubs, or other football content you interact with
Account preferences
Other content you voluntarily submit through the app

Some content you submit, including your username, profile image, ratings, reviews, comments, reactions, and other community activity, may be visible to other 90verse users.

Device, Technical, and Usage Information

We and our service providers may automatically receive limited technical information necessary to operate, secure, analyze, and improve the service, which may include:

Device and operating-system information
App version
Device identifiers or installation identifiers
Crash and diagnostic information
App usage and interaction information
Authentication and security signals
Push-notification tokens

We use this information to operate the app, understand performance, troubleshoot issues, prevent abuse, improve features, and deliver notifications.

2. Information We Do Not Currently Collect

At present, 90verse does not intentionally collect:

Date of birth
Gender
Phone number
Precise geographic location
Payment-card or banking information through the app
Subscription payment information
Data for serving third-party advertising

90verse currently does not offer paid subscriptions or in-app payments and does not currently display advertising.

If these practices change in the future, this Privacy Policy and the relevant app-store disclosures will be updated before or when the applicable functionality is introduced.

We do not sell users' personal information.

We also do not currently share personal information with third-party advertising networks for targeted advertising because 90verse does not currently run advertising.

Third-party services may process information in accordance with their own privacy policies and contractual obligations.

5. Football Data and External Content

90verse may display football-related information obtained from third-party data providers and other permitted sources.

This may include information relating to matches, competitions, players, clubs, managers, statistics, schedules, results, and other football information.

Use of third-party content may also be subject to the terms and policies of the applicable provider.

6. Public and Community Information

90verse contains social and community features.

Information you choose to post publicly may be visible to other users, including, where applicable:

Display name
Profile photo
Ratings
Reviews
Comments
Reactions
Predictions
Public profile information
Community contributions

Please avoid posting sensitive personal information in public areas of the service.

7. Push Notifications

If you allow notifications, 90verse may send notifications relating to:

Matches
Football events
Predictions
Community activity
Account activity
Other relevant app features

You can control notification permissions through your device settings and, where available, through settings within 90verse.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

Our infrastructure may use technologies such as encrypted network communication, authenticated access, access controls, security rules, app integrity protections, and cloud security tools.

However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain legitimate business and security requirements, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce applicable agreements.

When an account is deleted, we aim to delete or anonymize personal information associated with that account, subject to limited information that may need to be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or legitimate operational purposes.

Public content may also require a reasonable period to be removed from backups, caches, logs, or distributed systems.

10. Account and Data Deletion

Users may request deletion of their 90verse account and associated personal data.

Where available, users may initiate account deletion directly from within the 90verse app.

Google specifically requires apps with account creation to provide both an in-app deletion path and an external web resource for deletion requests.

11. Children's Privacy

90verse is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children where parental consent or other legal authorization is required under applicable law.

If we learn that personal information has been collected from a child in violation of applicable law, we will take appropriate steps to delete that information.

Our service providers may process or store information in countries other than the country where you live.
