Terms of Use for 90verse

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the 90verse mobile application, website, and related services (“90verse”, the “Service”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By creating an account, accessing, or using 90verse, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use 90verse.

1. About 90verse

90verse is a football-focused platform that may provide features such as:

  • Football matches and fixtures

  • Club, player and manager pages

  • Football statistics and information

  • Ratings and reviews

  • Predictions

  • Community discussions

  • User profiles

  • Reactions and comments

  • Rankings and analytics

  • Football news and updates

  • Notifications

  • Other football-related functionality

Features may change, be added, or be removed over time.

2. Eligibility

You may use 90verse only if you are legally permitted to enter into these Terms under the laws applicable to you.

If you are under the age at which you can legally agree to online services in your country, you may use 90verse only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian where required by law.

3. User Accounts

Certain features require a 90verse account.

When creating or maintaining an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information

  • Keep your login credentials secure

  • Not impersonate another person

  • Not create accounts for fraudulent or abusive purposes

  • Notify us if you believe your account has been compromised

  • Accept responsibility for activity conducted through your account where permitted by law

We may require users to choose a unique username.

We reserve the right to change, remove, reclaim, or restrict usernames where reasonably necessary, including where a username violates these Terms, infringes rights, impersonates another person or organization, or creates confusion.

4. Community Standards

90verse contains community and social features.

You must not use the Service to post, publish, distribute, or promote content that:

  • Is unlawful

  • Is threatening, abusive, or harassing

  • Promotes hatred or violence

  • Contains unlawful discrimination

  • Is defamatory

  • Infringes intellectual property rights

  • Violates another person's privacy

  • Contains spam or deceptive promotions

  • Contains malicious software or harmful links

  • Attempts to manipulate ratings, predictions, reactions, rankings, or community systems

  • Impersonates another person, footballer, club, organization, or 90verse

  • Encourages illegal activity

• • Otherwise materially harms the 90verse community

5. User Content

You may create or submit content through 90verse, including:

  • Profile information

  • Profile images

  • Ratings

  • Reviews

  • Comments

  • Predictions

  • Reactions

  • Community posts

  • Other contributions

You retain ownership of the content you create, subject to the rights you grant to us under these Terms.

By posting content through 90verse, you grant 90verse a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute and otherwise use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, provide, improve and promote the Service.

This license exists only to the extent reasonably necessary for operating and providing 90verse and ends when your content is deleted, except where continued retention is reasonably required by law, security requirements, backups, legitimate operational requirements, or where content has already been shared or incorporated into community interactions.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to upload or publish content you submit.

6. Ratings and Reviews

Ratings and reviews on 90verse represent the opinions of individual users.

90verse does not necessarily endorse or agree with user ratings, reviews, predictions or comments.

We may remove or restrict reviews that we reasonably believe are:

  • Fraudulent

  • Manipulated

  • Abusive

  • Spam

  • Unrelated to the relevant football subject

  • In violation of these Terms

Community ratings and aggregated scores should not be interpreted as official football rankings or professional assessments.

7. Football Predictions

90verse may allow users to predict football match results or other football outcomes.

Unless we explicitly state otherwise, these prediction features are intended for entertainment, engagement and community purposes only.

90verse prediction features currently:

  • Do not constitute gambling

  • Do not involve wagering real money

  • Do not guarantee prizes or financial rewards

  • Should not be treated as financial or betting advice

Users should not rely on 90verse predictions when making gambling or financial decisions.

If we introduce competitions, prizes, subscriptions or other monetized prediction features in the future, additional terms may apply.

8. Football Information and Statistics

90verse may display football information such as:

  • Fixtures

  • Results

  • Scores

  • Statistics

  • Player information

  • Club information

  • Manager information

  • League information

  • Match events

  • Rankings

  • Historical data

Some information may be provided by third-party data providers, including providers such as Sportmonks.

Although we aim to provide accurate and timely information, football data can contain delays, inaccuracies, missing information, provider errors or subsequent corrections.

We do not guarantee that all scores, statistics, fixtures or football information will always be complete, accurate or available in real time.

9. News and External Content

90verse may display football news, summaries, headlines, links or information derived from or relating to third-party sources.

Where appropriate, we may identify or link to the original source.

Third-party websites and services are outside our control.

90verse is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, policies or content of third-party websites.

Links to third-party content do not necessarily mean that 90verse endorses that content or organization.

10. Intellectual Property

The 90verse application and its original components, including its software, design, interface, branding, visual elements, features and other proprietary materials, are owned by or licensed to 90verse and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not, except where legally permitted:

  • Copy substantial portions of the Service

  • Sell or commercially redistribute the Service

  • Attempt to obtain unauthorized access to our systems

  • Circumvent security measures

  • Scrape or extract substantial amounts of data without permission

  • Use automated systems in a way that harms the Service

  • Reverse engineer the Service except where such restrictions are prohibited by law

• • Use 90verse branding in a misleading manner

11. Football Names, Logos and Third-Party Rights

Football club names, competition names, player names, trademarks, logos, photographs and other third-party intellectual property may belong to their respective owners.

References to clubs, players, competitions, organizations or other football entities do not necessarily mean that those parties sponsor, endorse or are affiliated with 90verse.

Any third-party content displayed through the Service remains subject to the rights of its respective owners and licensors.

12. Notifications

If you enable notifications, 90verse may send notifications relating to football matches, predictions, community interactions, account activity or other Service features.

Notification delivery is not guaranteed and may depend on:

  • Device settings

  • Internet connectivity

  • Third-party notification providers

  • Operating-system restrictions

  • Service availability

You can disable notifications through your device settings or through 90verse where controls are available.

13. Moderation

We reserve the right to moderate the Service.

This may include:

  • Reviewing reported content

  • Removing content

  • Restricting certain functionality

  • Suspending accounts

  • Blocking abusive activity

  • Taking measures against manipulation, spam or fraud

We are not obligated to monitor every piece of content before it is published.

Users may report inappropriate content through available reporting tools or by contacting support@90verse.com.

14. Account Suspension and Termination

We may temporarily or permanently restrict, suspend or terminate an account where reasonably necessary, including where:

  • These Terms are violated

  • Our community rules are violated

  • Fraud or manipulation is detected

  • Security of the Service is threatened

  • Another person's rights are infringed

  • We are required to do so by law

Where appropriate and legally required, users may have an opportunity to contact us regarding an enforcement decision.

15. Account Deletion

Users may request deletion of their 90verse account.

Account deletion may be available directly within the app.

Account deletion will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

16. Service Availability

We aim to keep 90verse available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

The Service may occasionally be unavailable because of:

  • Maintenance

  • Updates

  • Technical failures

  • Third-party provider outages

  • Network problems

  • Security events

  • Events beyond our reasonable control

We may modify, suspend or discontinue features where reasonably necessary.

17. Future Paid Features

90verse currently does not offer paid subscriptions or in-app purchases.

We may introduce paid features, subscriptions, sponsorships, advertising, partnerships or other commercial services in the future.

Where required, additional pricing information, subscription terms and applicable purchase conditions will be provided before a user makes a purchase.

Purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play may also be subject to the applicable store's payment and subscription terms.

18. Advertising and Sponsorships

90verse currently does not display third-party advertising.

We may introduce advertisements, sponsored content, partnerships or promotional content in the future.

Where required by law or platform rules, sponsored or promotional content will be appropriately identified.

If our advertising or data practices change, our Privacy Policy and relevant app-store privacy disclosures will also be updated.

19. No Professional or Betting Advice

Content on 90verse is provided primarily for football information, entertainment and community purposes.

Nothing on 90verse constitutes:

  • Financial advice

  • Investment advice

  • Betting advice

  • Professional sporting advice

  • A guarantee of future results

Users make decisions based on football information or predictions at their own discretion.

20. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 90verse is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that:

  • The Service will always be available

  • Football data will always be accurate or complete

  • Predictions will be correct

  • The Service will be free from all bugs or errors

  • Third-party services will remain available

  • Every notification will be delivered

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 90verse will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or similar losses arising from use of the Service.

This may include losses arising from:

  • Reliance on football statistics or information

  • Match predictions

  • Third-party content

  • Temporary Service interruptions

  • Loss of user-generated content

  • Unauthorized account activity outside our reasonable control

  • Third-party services

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Your use of 90verse is also governed by our Privacy Policy:

23. Third-Party Platforms

If you download 90verse through the Apple App Store or Google Play, your use of those platforms may also be subject to their respective terms.

Where mandatory app-store terms apply, those terms will apply in addition to these Terms.

Where applicable, Apple's standard end-user license terms may also govern the licensed application unless a valid custom license agreement applies.

24. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as 90verse evolves.

If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the Service or update the “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of 90verse after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those Terms where permitted by law.

If applicable law requires additional consent, we will obtain it.

25. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available under the laws applicable to you.

Subject to applicable law, disputes relating to these Terms or 90verse will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gujarat, India.

26. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to remain effective to the maximum extent permitted by law.

27. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented for specific features, constitute the agreement governing your use of 90verse.
